What is BASI Pilates?

BASI Pilates is a contemporary method, preserving the classical repertoire and the essence of Joseph Pilates’s philosophy while supporting and encouraging evolution based on experience and scientific knowledge.

Private & Semi-private training available upon request. 

Good to know:

- Wear comfortable and form-fitting exercise clothing

- Bring grippy socks

- Expect individual attention and corrections as classes are small (equipment: max. 4 people)

- Hands-on adjustments ​​​​are made for immediate feedback

N.B. There is no microphone, loud music, or dark room where you can’t see anything. The practice involves you, your movement and your breath.​
